These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Luke252 mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Luke252 is an identity-based personal growth application inspired by Luke 2:52. It provides tailored guidance, reminders, challenges, daily actions, and reflective tools across four areas of growth — wisdom, stature, favor with God, and favor with man. The Service is intended for personal development and is offered “as is.” We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at team@luke252.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

You are responsible for how you use the guidance the Service provides. The actions, challenges, and reminders Luke252 offers are suggestions to support your growth — you remain in control of your choices and their outcomes. Use good judgment, especially regarding your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Luke252 supports growth in discipline, fitness habits, mindset, and faith, but it is not a medical, psychological, or clinical service. The Service does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Before beginning any new physical training, dietary change, or wellness practice, consult a qualified professional. Spiritual content is offered for encouragement and formation and is not a substitute for pastoral, counseling, or professional care.

Content within the Service — including AI-generated guidance and reframes — is provided for general informational and motivational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Luke252 may offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. If you purchase a subscription, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your app store account (for example, the Apple App Store) and are also subject to that store's terms. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund eligibility will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase before you are charged.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Luke252 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of the content you create within the app.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service without permission;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luke252 and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
